At itel Nigeria, we are committed to providing you with high-quality mobile devices and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit any authorized itel service center with your original proof of purchase to start the return process.

  Technical Inspection

  Our certified technicians will examine the device to ensure it is in its original packaging, includes all accessories, and is free from user-induced damage.

  Approval and Processing

  Once the inspection is successful, your return will be approved and we will begin processing your replacement or refund within 3-5 business days.

  Resolution

  You will receive a notification once your new device is ready for pickup or your refund has been credited back to your original payment method.
